MTL en Lumière – February 20th to March 1st
Montréal en Lumière festival is already in its 21st edition and no longer needs presentation. It has established itself as a must for all gourmets eager of culinary discoveries in our magnificent city.
Since the festival's mission is to promote Montreal gastronomy, Ikanos has decided to focus on what we do best: Seafood. Therefore, our Chef Constant Mentzas has crafted a 6 courses formula with products exclusively from the Sea. With our newly acquired fish and seafood private import license, you will have the privilege to discovering fresh and unique dishes. The spirit behind the menu is to ensure that the seafood is always highlighted, while maintaining a balance between all the ingredients. Fishes are delicate and subtle; it is a remarkable tour de force to ensure a continuous harmony while keeping a gradation of flavors from one service to another.
